Nassau County Issues No-Swim Advisory At 11 Local Beaches
MINEOLA, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- Nassau County has issued a no-swim advisory at 11 county beaches following stormy weather Monday night.

Officials say these beaches have the potential to be impacted by stormwater runoff following inclement weather.

North Shore Beaches:
Centre Island Sound, Soundside Beach and Stehli Beach, Rinsom Beach -- Bayville
Creek Club – Lattingtown
Laurel Hollow Beach – Laurel Hollow
Piping Rock Beach Club – Locust Valley
Theodore Roosevelt Beach – Oyster Bay
South Shore Beaches:
Hewlett Point Beach – East Rockaway
Island Park Beach – Island Park
Merrick Estates Civic Association – Merrick
