Boy Gets Head Stuck In Kiosk At Museum Of Natural History

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Paramedics were called Wednesday when a boy got his head stuck in an information kiosk at the American Museum of Natural History.

The FDNY EMS was called to the museum, at Central Park West and 79th Street, after the boy got his head stuck in the kiosk in front of one of the exhibits in the Hall of Advanced Mammals, officials told 1010 WINS.

A museum spokeswoman said workers removed a panel on the kiosk, and the boy was released after a few minutes.

EMS said the boy was not taken to a hospital. He doing fine late Wednesday, the spokeswoman said.

The boy's age was not specified. It was not clear exactly how he got his head stuck.
