Police Release Images Of 2 More Suspects In Credit Card Theft Ring

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police have released photos of two more suspects they say are involved in a credit card fraud ring.

Investigators said 58 people have been scammed by the group of up to eight alleged thieves and said the majority of the people targeted are customers at Ridgewood Savings Bank.

Many of the purchases made by the suspects were in East New York and Brownsville between May 25 and July 18, police said.

Investigators say the suspected racked up thousands of dollars worth of merchandise in places like Target, Macy's, delis and even pet stores.

Police released surveillance images of several other suspects (see above) last week.

The NYPD is asking anyone for information about the incidents to contact Crime Stoppers by calling (800)-577-TIPS or by logging on to their website at www.NYPDCrimeStoppers.com. Tips can remain anonymous.
