Police: Long Island Teen Goes Missing With 10-Month-Old Daughter

ROOSEVELT, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Long Island are trying to find a 16-year-old girl and her 10-month-old daughter who haven't been seen in days.

Tiffany Ortiz was last seen leaving her Roosevelt home around noon Friday with her baby daughter, London Valentin. The two were headed to Grand Concourse in the Bronx but never returned home, police said.

Ortiz is described by authorities as Hispanic, about 5'2" tall and weighing 110 pounds with brown eyes and short black hair. Police said she has a cross tattoo next to her right eye and tattoos on the knuckles of her left hand.

The teen was last seen wearing a short-sleeved shirt, multi-colored sneakers and black jeans.

The baby is a described as Hispanic with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a pink jumper with black sneakers.
