After splitting a four game-set with the Giants out in San Francisco, the Mets managed to win two of three in St. Louis and are starting to fell pretty good about themselves.

So, Boomer and Craig got their Friday morning sports talk party started on a positive note (for a change), as the Blonde Bomber is starting to get encouraged about his boys in blue and orange.

Craig's Yankees had Thursday off, but will host Buck Showalter and the Orioles starting Friday night in the Bronx.

In addition to all of that, Craig fancies himself a jingoist with regard to his NFL fandom. He came to this conclusion while digesting the real idea of the league not only putting a team in London, but also the possibility of a Super Bowl being played on foreign soil.

And there you have it. It's a Friday folks. Now start actin' like it.
