Man Shot In Leg During Sunset Park Robbery, Police Say

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police are looking to identify three men who may have been involved in a shooting and robbery in Brooklyn.

According to police, two men were sitting in a silver or gray BMW on 47th Street and 3rd Avenue in Sunset Park at around 3 a.m. on Sept. 3 when they were approached by the suspects.

Police say one suspect displayed a gun and removed a gold chain from the first victim.

The second victim tried to resist the attack and was shot in the leg, police say. He was taking to an area hospital in stable condition.

The NYPD describe the suspects as between 20 and 25 years old.
