9/10 CBS2 Saturday Evening Weather Headlines
By Mark McIntyre, CBS2 Meteorologist/Weather Producer
Good evening folks! It sure was a steamy Saturday for the Tri-State with highs in the 90s for many, and we did get a few pop-up showers/storms. Expect a few more showers & storms to pass through tonight. Otherwise it'll be muggy and mild with lows in the upper 60s to mid 70s.
Tomorrow's gonna be start off as another warm & sticky late summer day, but conditions will improve by evening. We'll max out at 85 in NYC with a few early showers/storms... then the humidity will all but disappear as the cold front sweeps through the area.
Monday will be a refreshingly mild day behind the cold front, and temps won't even hit 80 in NYC - expect a high of 79. Expect tons of sun and nice breezes along with the more comfy temps.
Have a great night!
