9/13 CBS2 Tuesday Afternoon Weather Headlines
By Justin Lewis
Pleasant conditions prevail this afternoon as high pressure scoots off to our north and east. And our dew points will be up a notch from yesterday, but it still won't be too humid out there. Highs today will be in the low 80s.
We're looking at moonlit skies again tonight. And it will be just a tad milder with temps only falling into the upper 60s by daybreak.
The heat's back on tomorrow as we tap into a warmer and more humid air mass. And before the day is out, we should get into the upper 80s or so -- a mid summer feel! Also, a shower or storm is possible as our next cold front swings through, but these would likely hold off until late in the afternoon and evening in the city.
As for the second half of the week, a taste of fall returns with highs only in the mid to upper 70s.
