Robber Steals Purse From Woman, 73, In Fleetwood-Concourse Village, The Bronx
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are trying to track down the man who stole a 73-year-old woman's purse in Fleetwood-Concourse Village, the Bronx.
The incident happened shortly before 12:30 p.m. this past Tuesday on Grant Avenue and East 165 Street, police said.
The robber, described as a black man, about 6 feet 1 inch tall and 180 pounds, made off with the woman's purse, which contained $50, police said.
He was last seen heading south on Grant Avenue, wearing a red shirt, black pants and black sneakers, police said.
