A day after playing a game they really couldn't win down in Miami, the Mets got back on track Tuesday night against the Marlins with a 12-1 win, thus keeping the defending NL champs atop the wild card race.

Boomer and Craig were all over the Mets, who got a solid start from Noah Syndergaard, but did enter the game knowing they had lost left-hander Steven Matz for the rest of the season.

Meanwhile, Gary Sanchez continued to thrill fans in the Bronx, as he belted his 20th home run of the season in the Yankees' 6-4 win over the Red Sox.

Plus, the guys discussed some more fallout from the Jets' loss in Kansas City, as Boomer attempted to defend Ryan Fitzpatrick and his six interceptions.

There was all of that, and more, for your consumption.
