10/1 CBS2 Saturday Evening Weather Headlines

As expected it was another gray & cool day...temps were a couple of ticks higher than yesterday but it was still well below normal. We'll keep the clouds tonight along with the chance for rain, so keep the umbrella handy if you plan to go out. It'll be a cool night otherwise with lows in the 50s areawide.

Tomorrow will start off with a few more showers, and some could be locally heavy. Clouds remain through the day and it'll be closer to normal with regards to temps...expect a high of 67 in NYC. As of now the Jets game at 1PM looks cloudy with a slight shower chance...but we don't expect a washout.

Monday will be much warmer with some afternoon sun! Expect a high of 73 in NYC with the last of the showers moving through.
