10/4 CBS2 Tuesday Afternoon Weather Headlines

By Justin Lewis

High pressure will be slow to nudge its way in from the north today. So, expect a mix of clouds and sun with a northeast breeze in place. As for our temps, they’ll be a little cooler than yesterday, in the upper 60s.

We’ll see mostly clear to partly cloudy skies tonight. It will be even cooler than last night, with temps closer to normal in the mid to low 50s.

Sunshine will win out tomorrow. This will allow our temps to climb into the upper 60s to around 70° — not bad for early October.

Then, on Thursday, we may see just a few more clouds, but it will still be quiet out there. Highs will be in the low to mid 70s.

After that, all eyes will turn towards Hurricane Matthew. Be sure to check for updates!
