Multiple Homes Burn Down In Caldwell, N.J. Fire
CALDWELL, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Multiple homes burned to the ground Friday afternoon in Caldwell, New Jersey.
The first fire broke out around 2:45 p.m. at 29 Orchard Square in Caldwell, and at least three homes were on fire at the height of the blaze, Joe Biermann reported from Chopper 2.
Firefighters had problems getting enough water to the scene, Biermann reported.
At least two homes were reduced to piles of charred debris with smoldering, smoking spots by the 5 p.m. hour.
No injuries were reported in the blaze.
