Tyler stopped by to chat about his show, his gift and his new book Between Two Worlds, a memoir about his journey as a medium thus far.

Tyler, 20, told Rebecca he first discovered he could communicate with the dead at age 10 when his grandmother died.

"I just woke up with a total knowingness that she was going to die and I went into the other room to tell my mom that I felt we had to say goodbye and before we got the chance to actually walk out the door my mom's phone rang. When she went to pick it up it was my dad on the other line saying that my grandmother had just passed. From there it really evolved."
