Cloud cover overhead, cooler temps off the ocean, and some light rain. Today summed up. Expect highs to top off around 53° but some will not escape the upper 40s. Rain will be heavier east of NYC, focusing on Nassau and Suffolk County. Skies will be cloudy through at least 4 p.m.

Then expect clearing to begin clearing started south & west as the low pivots and east. Otherwise, the rest of the week will be above normal with temps around 60°!
