Another cold one is in store for us. Temps will start off in the 20s and 30s as you head out the door this morning. Dog walkers, early risers will definitely need to bundle up. Skies will still likely be partly cloudy through midday with greater clearing toward the days end. Today's high: 42-46°.

Winds will still be gusting on the strong side making it feel basically like the 20s all day long. Wednesday, skies and temps both improve.
