Man Charged With Murder After Body Found Behind Long Island Businesses

BALDWIN, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- A Baldwin man was arrested and charged with second-degree murder after a woman's body was found Wednesday afternoon behind a row of businesses on Merrick Road, Nassau County police said.

Raphael Oyague, 36, was charged in the woman's death, police said.

Her body was found behind 97 Merrick Road shortly before 1 p.m.

Investigators are working to determine how she died.
