NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — In this episode of “The Trend,” Rebecca Granet chats with American Idol alum Jax, a.k.a. Jaclyn Cole Miskanic, about her performance of the National Anthem at the inaugural ‘Never Forget Classic’ at the Prudential Center on Saturday, Dec. 10.

Jax, a New Brunswick, New Jersey native, who was a third place finalist on American Idol in 2015, told Rebecca she was “really pumped” about singing at the Prudential Center.

“It’s going to be a lot of fun. How could it not be? It’s in Newark,” Jax said.

The Never Forget Tribute Classic is a proud partner of the Families of Freedom Scholarship Fund, which was established within one week of September 11, 2001 to provide post-secondary education assistance to financially needy dependents of the people killed or disabled in the terrorist attacks.
