Driver Under Arrest After Collision With NYPD Patrol Car

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- An NYPD patrol car was hit by another driver in Brooklyn.

It happened on Rutland Road and Albany Avenue in East Flatbush just after 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The driver is under arrest for possible DWI, police said.

The two officers who were in the cruiser sustained minor injuries and were taken to the hospital.

The officers are in stable condition.
