Back Stories: WCBS' First Female Anchor Rita Sands

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- Five years after WCBS became an all news broadcast, Rita Sands became the station's first female anchor.

In today's Back Story, Sands says there were some difficulties being the only woman in an all-male workplace, but there were also some coworkers who were willing to help her fit in.
