Homes Evacuated In Roselle After Car Crashes Into House, Strikes Gas Meter

ROSELLE, N.J. (CBSNewYork) - Several homes were evacuated after a car crashed into a house in Roselle Tuesday afternoon.

The car crashed into the home shortly after noon on Vine Street.

One person was injured.

The car struck a gas meter in the collision, causing a gas leak.

Nearby homes were evacuated. Elizabethtown Gas has since capped the leak.
