Dunkin' Donuts Considers Changing Its Name
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Dunkin' Donuts is thinking about dumping "donuts" from its name.
A new location of the chain in Pasadena, California will be called just Dunkin'.
The company says it's a test as it tries to get the point across that it serves more than just doughnuts.
A decision on whether to use just Dunkin' for the entire chain won't be made until late next year, when the company expects to start re-designing stores.
