Human Remains Found Inside Shopping Cart In The Bronx
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police in the Bronx are investigating after a man's remains were found inside a shopping cart in the Bronx late Wednesday.
Investigators say the remains were discovered inside a cardboard box in a shopping cart covered with a black bag near the corner of Walton Avenue and East 182 Street just before 10 p.m. in Fordham Heights.
Crews responded and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will work to determine the cause of death.
