NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- During the Vietnam War, students at Columbia University staged a number of protests.

While the WCBS team was covering one such protest, someone put two bullet holes in the bumper of their station wagon.
So in subsequent visits to campus, the reporters wore flak jackets to protect themselves.
