NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A biology professor at Medgar Evers College is accused of teaching unauthorized courses and charging students for phony certifications.

Mamdouh Abdel-Sayed is accused of teaching fake courses on phlebotomy, EKGs and sonograms.
