Bronx Street Renamed In Honor Of Batman Co-Creator Bill Finger

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The man now recognized as the co-creator of "Batman" is being honored in the Bronx.

A street near Poe Park has been renamed "Bill Finger Way."

Finger created "Batman" with Bob Kane in 1939, but until 2015, Kane got all the credit.

Poe Park is where Finger and Kane discussed ideas for "Batman."
