Firefighter, Civilian Injured In Pearl River Blaze

PEARL RIVER, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- Firefighters were battling a blaze late Monday afternoon at a house in Pearl River.

The fire broke out in a house on Orangeburg Road in the Rockland County municipality, according to the Pearl River fire Department.

Video showed flames and heavy smoke coming from the home.

Police said one civilian and one firefighter were injured. Their conditions were not known late Monday.
