Hundreds Without Power After Transformer Explosion In Queens
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A transformer explosion early Thursday morning in Queens has left hundreds without power.
It happened at 55th Avenue and 48th Street in Maspeth. There were multiple calls to 911 about the explosion, CBS2 reported.
Con Ed says about 200 customers are without power. There are also power lines down on some vehicles.
