Hey, I think you guys missed the boat on the best gluten free restaurants. The place to try is Cafe Formaggio on Old Country Rd in Carle Place. This place has the largest gluten free menu. All traditional Italian dishes you can imagine also desserts! The place is always mobbed with good reason. I have waited up to an hour at times. It is definitely worth a look at.
