Harris Allen

Harris was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY.  He was one of those kids that listened to Mets games from the West Coast on his transistor radio under the pillow late at night.  Somewhere along the way, he got distracted by Rock and Roll.  After graduating from Brooklyn College, he became a disc jockey around the country, finally returning home to live his dream and work at WNEW-FM for 13 years.  From 1987 on, WFAN was a part of his daily listening soundtrack; and he jumped at the opportunity to join the FAN’s stellar group of sports anchors in 2002.  He still roots hard for the Mets, still rocks, and still goes to Brooklyn when he needs a real slice of pizza.
