Kelly Dillon is an accomplished broadcaster and journalist with over 11 years of experience reporting on the rails and roads. Prior to joining the team at WCBS 880, the New Jersey native could be seen and heard in NYC and beyond reporting the traffic and news for Good Day New York on Fox 5, 1010 WINS, Bloomberg Radio, ESPN, and NJ 101.5. She has also served as the fill-in traffic reporter for all four of Connecticut’s news channels; WFSB, NBC Connecticut, Fox 61, and WTNH.
When she’s not helping Tri-State area commuters avoid backups on the roads, the seasoned entertainment journalist can be found interviewing big name celebrities like Martha Stewart, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Andy Cohen. Previously Kelly has served as the senior reporter and fashion editor for NJ Advance Media’s social and style website, OMJ.com. Now she shares her passion for fashion as the editor-in-chief of her popular style and beauty blog, kellydillon.com.
Kelly got her start in the broadcasting industry as a DJ, traffic and entertainment reporter in Sussex County, NJ on 102.3 WSUS, 103.7 WNNJ, and Max 106.3. She was also a news reporter for 1500 AM WGHT.
Kelly began her career as a DJ and news anchor at Seton Hall University’s radio station 89.5 FM WSOU where she was known as “Malibu Kelly.” When she’s not on the radio, the “Bravoholic” (she watches all of the Real Housewives franchises) can be found soaking in NYC history at her favorite local museums like The Frick Collection, shopping in Soho and Garden State Plaza, or hunting for antiques upstate or in Western NJ.
She currently resides in North Jersey.
