Marc Malusis

marc malusis Marc MalusisMarc “Moose” Malusis has made a respected name for himself at the FAN. He hosts 3 overnight shows per week at the station. He also serves as a 20-20 anchor and station reporter. Prior to, Marc worked on the popular afternoon drive show, Mike and the Mad Dog, for 6 years. He was the producer for Mike and Chris up until January 2007.

Marc hails from Blauvelt, New York and attended Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey, New Jersey. He graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Speech Communications in 1998. He joined WFAN in August 2000, as a part-time producer/board operator. In the fall of ’01, Marc started doing weekend updates in addition to his behind the scenes work.

Moose became a permanent fixture on the Mike and the Mad Dog program in 2001. He left the show and was promoted to an on-air position at WFAN at the beginning of 2007.

In March of 2008, Marc began working at SNY as a weeknight contributor on the 10 PM SportsNite show. Marc has also appeared on such television outlets as CN8 and WNBC-TV to discuss and debate various topics in sports.

Additional Information:

Marc was married on July 26, 2008 to his lovely wife Donna. Nickname: Marc was given the tag of “Moose” by Joe Benigno on the first overnight he produced for Joe in September of 2000.

Career Highlights:

When producing Mike & Chris, he was in the Sports Illustrated “On Campus” issue as having one of the coolest jobs under 30.
