Early January Snow Storm Blankets Tri-State Area: Live Updates

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Snow is expected to move in to the Tri-State area while the region continues dealing with the bitter cold. Forecasters say there may be six to nine inches of snow with as much as a foot possible in some spots and winds gusting as high as 45 mph to 50 mph.
