For 10 Year Anniversary, ‘9-11-01’ Will Be Painted Next To US Open Court

A white “9-11-01″ will be painted next to the court in September for the US Open men’s and women’s singles finals in Flushing Meadows. “Our goal is to mark this very solemn occasion in a dignified and respectful matter,” said USTA president Jon Vegosen.
