Charges Reduced For Man Accused In Beating Of Off-Duty NYPD Cop

Hayden Holder, 29, was originally charged with attempted murder in the Nov. 17 beating of off-duty NYPD Sgt. Mohammed Deen. He now stands charged with aggravated assault and remains held without bail.
