Police on Thursday were searching for a suspect in the robbery of a bank in the South Bronx.
The NYPD has launched a search for the man who robbed four banks in the Crown Heights and Bedford-Stuyvesant sections of Brooklyn since February of last year.
The latest robbery came Friday morning at Apple Bank on Flushing Avenue in Brooklyn. The FBI said the suspect pushed a customer aside and pulled out a revolver before demanding cash.
The latest robbery authorities said Rose Perez is responsible for took place on Wednesday at the Washington Mutual Bank at 557 Melrose Ave. Perez is said to have received an unknown amount of money.
