Bayville Man Pleads Not Guilty To Charges Of Raping Girl, 13

Tereso De Jesus Ruiz-Hernandez of Bayville was arrested on Monday by Glen Cove police. Police said he gave the girl alcohol and engaged in sexual activity with the victim in his vehicle on several occasions.
