De Blasio: Homeless Wi-Fi Project Treats Participants Like ‘Property Instead Of People’

An advertising agency recruited 13 homeless people to help patch up wireless dead spots in Texas by giving them mobile Wi-Fi devices to carry and T-shirts proclaiming “I am a 4G Hotspot.”
