A Florida woman who was sentenced to life in prison in the killing of her millionaire husband claims she’s still entitled to half their marital property, including his Batmobile.
The victim, 53-year-old Ben Novack Jr., was a multi-millionaire Florida businessman. His mutilated body was discovered in a hotel room in Rye Brook in the early morning hours of July 12, 2009.
Narcy Novack, 56, of Fort Lauderdale was not in the federal courtroom to hear the sentence. She waived her right to appear, just as she did when the verdict was delivered in June.

Novack is accused of arranging the murder of her millionaire husband. She told police she knew nothing of his killing until she tripped over his body as she entered their hotel room in 2009.
Court documents showed Narcisa Novack of Fort Lauderdale was requesting court-appointed counsel to replace her private lawyer.
