NJ Woman Claims Employer Punished Her For Reporting Traffic-Related Anxiety

A New Jersey woman has filed a lawsuit, alleging that her commute home made her sick. The woman also claimed her bosses fired her after her doctors diagnosed her with a unique disability.

3,200-Year-Old Gold Artifact Transferred From L.I. Estate To German Museum

The tablet had been in the possession of the heirs of a Holocaust survivor who obtained it in the closing days of the war. The state’s highest court said last month the tablet cannot be claimed as one of the “spoils of war.”

United Flight 409 bound for Seattle had to turn back Saturday morning after reports of possible smoke in the cabin and cockpit, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

United Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing At Newark Airport

The plane blew tire on take-off, possibly sending debris into the engine. The pilot realized something was wrong right away and was in radio contact with the control tower. There were 173 people on board. No injuries were reported.
