The Korean fusion food truck recently announced a new winter menu via Twitter – but they didn’t say what it included. When we arrived at the truck and saw the new menu, our hearts sang for joy. Ramen!

NY Food Truck Lunch: Jap-Che With Galbi From Bob & Jo

Bob & Jo is a food truck that hit the street a little over a year ago serving what they call “Korean fusion cuisine.” We’re not sure where the “fusion” comes in because the menu looks pretty traditional, but the food is good, which is what matters.

NY Food Truck Lunch: Pork Buns And Galbi Baguette from Bob & Jo

The special sauce was a chili mayo-type sauce that went well with the pork. The jalapeños provided a nice amount of heat, and the cucumber cooled things down.
