Judge Denies Bail For Accused Subway Pusher Naeem Davis

A man accused of pushing another to his death from a Midtown subway platform will have to stay behind bars after a judge Friday denied him bail.

Accused Midtown Subway Pusher Pleads Not Guilty

Defense attorney Stephen Pokart hinted to the judge that the push was somehow justified, that the victim was the aggressor pursuing the defendant along the subway platform, refusing to leave him alone.
