New Jersey Family Says State Overreacted To Boy’s Gun Photo On Facebook

A New Jersey family claims a Facebook photo of their son holding a rifle his father gave him for his upcoming 11th birthday led the state’s child welfare agency to their home, demanding to be let inside and inspect their guns.
