ASPCA: New Home For Dog Seen In Harlem Elevator Beating Video

Back on Aug. 26, a man was seen hitting and kicking Hazel multiple times inside an elevator at the Wagner Houses on East 120th Street, police said.

Police Arrest Suspect Wanted For Beating Dog Inside Harlem Elevator

Police say Brian Freeman, 28, of East 188th Street in the Bronx, is the man seen on surveillance video kicking the dog.
