Two southbound lanes on the Bronx-Whitestone Bridge were to be closed overnight for pothole repairs.
Commuters just can’t catch a break. Fares and tolls will be going on up virtually everyone commuting or driving into and around New York City.
The MTA board voted on the proposed increases on Wednesday. Members unanimously approved the fare hikes. Only one member voted against increasing tolls.
