Hermes, Bottega Veneta, and Diane von Furstenberg are just a few of the retailers who have a new home near the World Trade Center.
The famed P.J. Clarke’s restaurant chain filed a lawsuit against the landlord at its Lower Manhattan space Tuesday, claiming that the property owner tried to drive away customers in an effort to get the restaurant out.
The New York Water Taxi will run passenger boats from Hudson River park’s Pier 84 at West 44th Street down to Brookfield place at the World Financial Center.
The underground passageway will link the PATH station entrance on West Broadway and Vesey Street with Brookfield Place, which will eventually include retail and dining.
