Lhota: MTA ‘Has Never Faced A Disaster’ Like Sandy

The New York City subway system “has never faced a disaster as devastating” as the damage that was caused by Superstorm Sandy, Metropolitan Transportation Authority chairman Joseph Lhota said Tuesday.

9th NYC Tunnel To Towers Run Set For This Weekend

This weekend marks the ninth year of the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Run. What started in 2002 with 2,500 runners has grown to close to 20,000 runners this year.
