Chinatown Bus Service Issued With Restraining Order

The Department of Transportation says Double Happyness, a bus company that was given a cease and desist order, is still selling tickets and transporting passengers.

The Double Happyness bus company at 133 East Broadway was ordered to stop all intra-state and interstate passenger service.
