The driver of the cab that struck and killed 9-year-old Cooper Stock on the Upper West Side this past winter will not face criminal charges, sources told CBS 2.
A New York City sanitation worker has been charged with assault, reportedly on allegations that he punched a cab driver who complained that a garbage truck was blocking the road in East Harlem.
