Woman, 82, Sues Trader Joe’s Over Falling Can Of Tuna

An 82-year-old woman has filed a lawsuit against a Trader Joe’s grocery store on the Upper West Side, claiming that staff did not help her after she was hit and injured by a can of tuna, according to a published report.
